Admission to the Glee Club is through audition.  Interested singers should attend a rehearsal and schedule an audition with Artistic Director John Rakes.  

What to expect in an audition:

1. Voice range and vocal tone check.

2. Sightreading a section of a piece from the NMGC repertoire.  This will be accompanied by piano.

3. Perform a prepared piece.  This could range from “My County ‘Tis of Thee” to a Schubert lied.  Piano accompaniment will be provided if needed.
